The Commissioner's Procurement Policy sets out the approach to procurement which the Commissioner observes, including his obligations under procurement legislation.  The procedure sets out how the Commissioner will procure goods and services, how he will specify the goods and services he wishes to purchase, select suppliers, evaluate bids and award contracts.  The policy also covers payment of suppliers, and contract performance management.
